The “Russe” of Artigarrède Pastry

Since Adrien and Elise 100 years ago, only 3 people have known the secret of the recipe for the famous "Russian" of Pâtisserie Artigarrède: Odette their daughter, Jean-Paul their grandson and Michel their great-grandson.

It is the latter’s mission today to perpetuate it and pass it on to future generations.

It is with an Armagnac from our “Apothicaire de l’Armagnac” range that we like to introduce it to our customers when we welcome them to discover the South-West.

Often, too, when we can, we bring some with us for “trade show” type events...
