It is an interesting but fragile, sensitive grape variety.
Nรฉgrette is very good when it is barely worked, supple, when you stay on the fruit, either with a simple vinification, rather than in more extracted versions which do not suit it.
Let's not forget that she is also very comfortable in the Vendรฉe Fiefs.
In Fronton, despite the greasy, clayey, boulbรจne soils, it does brilliantly, even if it does not enjoy the saltiness of a limestone soil or the minerality of a schist soil. Finally, associated with Syrah in a dominant ratio: 60% - 40% or 70% - 30%, it produces fairly clean wines.
