Partnership | After the success of its first two editions, the Saint-Martin Gastronomy Festival, of which we are happy to be partners, returns!

From November 11 to 22, the event will highlight the flavors of Saint-Martin cuisine, and the talent of the professionals who make Saint-Martin the gastronomic capital of the Caribbean.

19 guest chiefs will also be of which chef Xavier Isabal (Restaurant Ithurria - 1* - Ainhoa (64)), loyal customer and friend of our House, who will represent the South-West.
