Considered the pope of slimming cuisine, Michel Guérard has maintained his third star in the Michelin guide every year since he obtained it in 1977 for his restaurant in Eugénie-les-Bains (40).
Five years ago, a shared project was born between the Chef & his family and our House: that of the creation of a "premium", "gastronomic" rosé, the first on the Atlantic coast.
We named it: “The Dune”!
