A dazzling, fresh and vibrant white, a model ally of gastronomy.
Cami Salié or “path of salt”... The salt road, which once linked Salies de Béarn to Pau, was an important axis on which the salting of Bayonne hams depended; even today these hams are exclusively dried and salted with Salies salt.
A nod to this ancestral practice, the name of this cuvée bears the mark of this unique history; she also apprehends the space, bringing together the 2 terroirs of Jurançon in a perfect symbiosis. A fresh and vibrant gastronomic white!
